This The Intelligence Group Affiliate Terms ("AT") is a legal and binding agreement between you (“You”, “Your”, or “Yours”, “Affiliate”, Referrer) and The Intelligence Group (“The Intelligence Group”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Company”). By registering your interest to join our Affiliate Program, offline and/or online, you are agreeing that you have read and understand these Affiliate Terms and that you agree to be legally responsible for each and every term and condition herein.
If you have signed up as an Affiliate on any of our Affiliate programs, this AT applies to you. Every client of ours agrees to abide by this AT and is responsible for any violations. You are not allowed to assist or engage others in a way that would violate this AT. We will enforce and ensure compliance with this AT by using methods we consider to be appropriate, such as complaint and email failure monitoring.
How to earn Affiliate commissions
As our Affiliate, you gain full access to refer our programs and/or courses in any of our operating countries. A Referral is considered successful only when someone you refer (“Referee”) completes a service, program and/or course offered and/or provided by us. Affiliate commissions are sent to you within 30 days upon a successful Referral. The Affiliate is responsible for any and all charges, fees, taxes, exchange rates, surcharges and/or other expenses incurred in order to receive commission payments. Please check with your receiving banking institutions to find out if any of these apply payment is made.
Affiliate disputes
A Referee may be referred to Us by more than one Affiliate. The Intelligence Group will only pay commission to the first corresponding Affiliate, and may ask for supporting documentation to substantiate claims.
Modification
We reserve all rights at our sole discretion to modify and/or update these Affiliate Terms at any time to clarify our practices or to reflect new and/or different procedures including, and not limited to payment procedures, Affiliate commissions and Affiliate Program rules. We encourage that you visit these terms regularly to ensure that you are aware of any updates to the Affiliate Terms, as any revised Affiliate Terms shall supersede all previous Affiliate Terms.
Termination
The Intelligence Group or You can each end our engagement under these Affiliate Terms at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. However, we reserve all rights to suspend or terminate the Affiliate Program and/or the participation of any Affiliate at any time, without any form of given notice if we suspect any misrepresentative, fraud or abusive activity. We, in our sole discretion, will make the determination whether an Affiliate is dishonest.
The Intelligence Group Trademark Use
Other than any designated and approved promotional assets provided by Us, and unless you have our express prior written permission, you may not use any name, logo, tagline or other mark of ours or The Intelligence Group Service, or any identifier or tag generated by The Intelligence Group Service, including without limitation: (a) as a hypertext link to any website or other location (except as provided for or enabled expressly by us); or (b) to imply identification with us as an employee, contractor, agent or other similar representative capacity. You also agree not to remove or alter any of these items as we may have provided or enabled.
General Terms
We may immediately suspend your access to The Intelligence Group Service if you breach this AUP or don’t respond to us in a reasonable period after we’ve contacted you about a potential breach of this AUP. We may also suspend your access as we explain in our Customer Terms of Service and, if you breach this AT, we may terminate your subscription agreement for cause. You acknowledge we may disclose information regarding your use of any The Intelligence Group Service to satisfy any law, regulation, government request, court order, subpoena or other legal process. If we make this type of required disclosure we will notify you, unless we are required to keep the disclosure confidential.
We are not obligated to, but may choose to, remove any prohibited materials and deny access to any person who violates this AT. We further reserve all other rights.
We may update and change any part or all of this AT. If we update or change this AT, the updated AT will be posted at https://intelligencegroup.net/affiliate-terms. If you have a The Intelligence Group subscription, we will let you know through the Notification app in The Intelligence Group portal used to access your The Intelligence Group subscription. If you do not have a The Intelligence Group subscription, we will let you know by posting the revised copy on our website. The updated AT will become effective and binding on the next business day after it is posted. When we change this AT, the "Last Modified" date above will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent version. We encourage you to review this AT periodically.

What is our Affiliate Program all about?
First and foremost, our Affiliate Program is about relationships between You, the Affiliate and Us, the Company. When you refer someone who signs up and completes a program and/or course offered by us, or purchases any of our eligible products including webinars, summits, etc., we pay you an agreed revenue share of the sale.
Who are our Affiliates?
Typically, our Affiliates are bloggers, publishers, influencers as well as companies. But above all, our Affiliates are our customers who value our business and have previously completed any of our services, programs and/or courses.
Who is eligible to join our Affiliate Program?
Just about anybody, anywhere and 18 years of age and above. Whether you run a large commercial web site, a small personal blog, or anything in between, you’re welcome to apply. We’re all about helping serious Affiliates succeed, and in doing so, each application will be manually reviewed and subsequently accepted or declined.
Do Affiliates need to have an established website or business to get started?
Not necessarily. Some of our Affiliates refer their friends, co-workers and family members through word-of-mouth, personal experience, and/or sharing on social platforms like Facebook, etc.
What technical skills do our Affiliates need to have?
None. You’re pretty much good to go if you can Copy & Paste on a computer. Even so, our Affiliate Support Team is always on standby when help is required.
How much can I earn as an Affiliate?
There is no limit to how much an Affiliate earns. Typically, commissions are based on a percentage of the total sale, and in some cases it can also be a flat fee for a transaction.
How do we pay our Affiliates?
These may usually include electronic payment, wire transfer or checks. We acknowledge that every Affiliate is unique to payment method preference, which are determined upon successful acceptance into our Affiliate Program.
Are there fees for joining our Affiliate Program?
No. And there never will be any fees for joining.
Can I forgo and pass off my commission as a discount to your services, program and/or course instead?
Absolutely. You’ll be surprised this happens quite often. Not all of our Affiliates join for personal rewards. Some act in good faith and share because they have gained tremendous value from our programs and/or courses.
I’ve registered my interest to join as an Affiliate, now what?
That’s great. We typically review all applications within 3 business days and may contact you to verify your identity to prevent any hoax or scam. Once your application is approved, we will send you setup instructions and assign a dedicated team for Affiliate support.
